    I've gone to this location for 3 years since having bad experiences at the W 5th location. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and they always give generous portions.

    The customer service at UA Chipotle is horrible. The employees acted like they were being inconvenienced with our presence. They rushed us through the ordering process and were not friendly at all. In addition to the horrible customer service, the food was dried out and our order was incorrect. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was in the bathroom. Go somewhere else!

    This is a great location and the food has been fresh the last several times I've gone in. They consistently make fresh meat and the staff is friendly. If you're in a hurry though, this is one of the busier locations especially at dinner time so be prepared to wait a bit.
